They laid the facts, were patient with all my questions and stood by their statements. We had a small step or two along the way that was no one's fault, but did not align with my vision. Zach personally came out for clarity and got everyone on it immediately. It was never "This person's fault" or "Not our problem," it was, "This is how we will fix it." We worked with Rich Hoff. Not only do they have the best warranty, lifetime, and they're one of a few that offer a transferable warranty. So, when my wife and I are gone, it will pass over to the daughters. We got the best shingles too. Impact resistant, ready for the next hailstorm!
Now, let me tell you about Rich. We had other roofing companies come and talk to me. But Rich sat us down and was very forthcoming and told us exactly how everything we should expect. From the day they were to be here and finish (which was the same day!) and what exactly we'd be out of pocket, which was just our deductible.
