It’s 10:30 at night and a huge rainstorm hits San Antonio and I discovered water coming in down my water heater’s exhaust pipe from the roof. I started messaging roofing companies that evening and Hargrove responded right away. Jairo came out the next day and immediately solved the problem. Other companies hadn’t even responded and he had already fixed my leak. He was so polite and knowledgeable when he explained why the leak occurred and he was beyond reasonable when it came to pricing. I cannot recommend Hargrove and Jairo enough. Their consultant Greg located the problem immediately, showed me where water was coming into the attic and what was needed to be done to fix the leakage. He came the next day and fixed the roof problem prior to the rains that are expected to hit this area tonight or tomorrow to prevent further damage.
