They laid the facts, were patient with all my questions and stood by their statements. We had a small step or two along the way that was no one's fault, but did not align with my vision. Zach personally came out for clarity and got everyone on it immediately. It was never "This person's fault" or "Not our problem," it was, "This is how we will fix it."
