Texas Wind Storm came by our house, inspected our roof, and told us they would not be covering the roof anymore. Little did we know, our roof had received damage from a storm. Not sure where to start, my in-laws referred me to Zach Holm with Hargrove Roofing. Super Easy and Low Stress
We have a few rental houses in the Austin area. Paul Powell inspected them after a hailstorm in the area. He was very honest and professional. He told me that a couple roofs had hail damage, and that the others were fine. For the two that had damage, he handled everything. He met with the adjuster, he organized the re-roof, and coordinated everything from beginning to end. He was punctual and took care of things promptly. He brought the documents to my house for me to sign and was very organized and courteous. On one house, after the work was done, there was one small issue with some rotted wood trim on the house that was supposed to be replaced that got missed. I pointed it out, and he replaced it the next day and even matched the paint color to the existing paint. It was super easy and low stress for me to deal with him.
