Michael Rushing and the very hard-working crew at Hargrove Roofing were amazing beyond words are able to express. They were very professional, courteous, punctual, and thorough. Nowadays being surprised by something is usually a negative experience, but the work these guys did was absolutely one of the best things I've had to talk about in a long time, and they cleaned up every last piece of the debris of the old roof. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for such a pleasant experience.

Hargrove was really great in helping me get my roof replaced. Reed was very patient and worked with me and a fellow neighbor to get our roofs approved by insurance and then replaced. I was able to get my roof approved by insurance, which was great! The workers that came to do the installation were very quick and completed the work in one day.

Dustin Pozan and his team are absolutely amazing. They worked with me for over 2 months fighting some insurance pushback and red tape, but ultimately they came through and it looks amazing. They repaired a leak, replaced the entire roof, and really knocked it out of the park. Plus, my wife loves it, which is the most important part. Highly recommended.

The team was punctual, respectful, and took the time to explain every step, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work. The quality of the craftsmanship really stands out—everything looks great, and you can tell they paid attention to the details. I was referred to Hargrove Roofing by a friend while preparing my home for a refinance, and I needed a new roof completed before closing. I got three quotes, and while Hargrove came in slightly higher than the others, the difference was minimal, and their reputation made the decision easy. I had two separate personal referrals singing their praises, and their lifetime labor warranty sealed it. From there, everything moved faster than expected. They gave me a scheduling estimate after I selected my shingles, and not only beat it but also by a significant margin. The full installation was completed in a single day. Midway through, they discovered rotten decking, which required a change order. These moments can feel like an ambush with any contractor, but the cost was reasonable and honestly less than I expected, given how much decking they ended up replacing. No drama, no price gouging, just a straightforward conversation and fair numbers. They also worked directly with my bank to coordinate the escrow process for the refinance, which took a real logistical headache off my plate entirely. Start to finish, this was one of the smoothest contractor experiences I've had. Highly recommend.

Shout out to Daniel Beall and Hargrove Roofing. Daniel was my point of contact and came out to give me an opinion on my roof. He climbed up on my roof and did an assessment. He took pictures to show my roof. He quickly provided a quote, and we talked through my options. I chose Hargrove to replace my roof. The project manager and the roofers showed up early to start the job. They laid out tarps to catch the old roof. They also did an assessment after tear-off and recommended a few boards to replace, all of which was documented in a change order before the work started. They worked hard all day, then proceeded to clean up around my house. They used a magnetic tool to pick up any loose nails. They did an excellent job. Daniel came out several times during the day to check on me and the team. I am really pleased with the job they did. Highly recommend Daniel and Hargrove Roofing.

I recently had my roof replaced by Hargrove Roofing. Reed Pitt assisted me through the whole process. He initially met with me and provided, in great detail, information on roof replacement. He filed a claim on my behalf with my insurance company and was here with me when the insurance adjuster came to my home for the roof inspection. After my claim was approved, he helped me pick the appropriate shingles for my roof and explained the installation process in detail. Armando Hernandez was the project manager for the roof installation, and he and his crew did a fabulous job with the installation. Reed also communicated with my insurance adjuster about additional work that needed to be done on the roof replacement beyond the initial claim payment. They also did an exceptional job of cleaning up after the roof replacement was completed. I feel like I got an exceptionally good quality roof replacement with quality products and competent and experienced installation. Finally, Reed also assisted me in arranging additional exterior home improvements, and I am very pleased with the subcontractor who is doing the work. I’m extremely pleased with Reed Pitt and Hargrove Roofing and would recommend their company for anyone needing roof work or other home improvements.
