During the flooding storms, we had water leak on the second floor. After multiple roofing companies coming for an inspection, we never got a call back with an estimate or what the damage was. I found Heather Champaco on the Nextdoor app, and she came out the next day. She is SO nice, detail-oriented, and explained everything to me in detail without overwhelming me. Cameron inspected our roof and, after finding hail and wind damage, assisted us in filing a claim with our insurance company. He also came out to meet the adjuster during their inspection. Cameron guided us through the project, provided a wide variety of samples to choose from, and always kept us up to date. When installation day came, we were expecting the crew at 7 a.m. At 6:30 a.m., they were already laying tarps around the perimeter of the house and covering shrubs. That morning, it sometimes sounded like an avalanche coming off the roof, so you can imagine the volume of debris. But when they were finished late that afternoon, you would have never known they had been there. The roof looks amazing, but the extra effort to leave the job site clean was impressive. Earlier in the day, they even had a hot-shot driver from 70 miles away come to swap out the turbines when they realized the wrong ones had accidentally been delivered. What really stood out was how Gage and his crew seemed to enjoy their job, and I am convinced it shows in the quality of their work. From start to finish, the entire Hargrove team was professional, dependable, and helpful. We didn't realize just how bad our roof was until we saw the old shingles and the dented turbines. We are very happy having done business with Hargrove Roofing. A+.
