What stood out the most was her attention to detail; she didn’t just give surface-level feedback but documented everything with clear photos and videos, which gave me confidence and transparency throughout the process. Ethan, who handled the repair work, demonstrated the same level of dedication and expertise. The care and time he put into the repairs reflected his commitment to delivering a clean, high-quality fix. The before-and-after photos shared after the job were a great touch and confirmed that the work was done right. Another thing I truly appreciated was their flexibility when it came to budget. After a certain bad experience with a company that overlooked my roof and convinced me to only address the edge of my roof, and then did a poor job on my drip edge and fascia, Hargrove Roofing fixed the errors and gave me a reasonable price for the entire job. I had a roof leak that was causing water spots on the ceiling in my living room. I had a few different contractors come out and make small repairs before I called Hargrove. On the first visit, Hargrove found the water was coming in around my chimney. They replaced the chimney and surround, and it came out good. No more leaks!
