Grateful for His Honesty
I had Hargrove Roofing come out to take a look at a leaking skylight. The technician, Rich, looked everything over thoroughly and said that they, of course, could fix the issue but noticed that the roof was fairly new. We had it replaced in 2023. He told me that the company that replaced the roof should guarantee the skylight. In fact, they did, and I am so grateful for his honesty and steering me in the right direction. Christos Was a Blessing
It's been going on two years since I first considered having my roof redone, and I am so happy that I went with Hargrove. A couple of years ago Christos Cotseones came out and did our inspection because of some significant warping and hail damage concerns. He was incredibly kind and straightforward, answering all of our questions and helping us try to have the repairs covered through our insurance. Unfortunately, the issues with the roof were outside of our coverage, so everything would be out of pocket. At the time, we didn't have a pressing need to get it done right away, so for two years, we didn't worry about it. Then the leaking started. At that point, we were almost about to go with another company to just finally get it over with, but then I remembered how great Christos treated us and decided to reach out again. He had always followed through with whatever he said he would do, and that stood out to us because that is not as common of an experience for us with 'professionals' lately. Thankfully, we were able to work with him again (now he's the branch manager!), and it was well worth it. Because of the consultant Angel, who kept us informed every step of the way, the crew that had to deal with what looked like a complete roof reconstruction (it was so bad), and Carlos, who came after everything was done and did an amazing job dealing with a little collateral damage from the build, we have zero complaints and plenty of compliments! Christos was a blessing through a process that should have been mad stressful. I will definitely recommend working with them from now on.
