Cannot say enough about how promptly Hargrove Roofing responded and came to my house when noticing I had a problem with water coming through my roof. Their consultant Greg located the problem immediately, showed me where water was coming into the attic and what was needed to be done to fix the leakage. He came the next day and fixed the roof problem prior to the rains that are expected to hit this area tonight or tomorrow to prevent further damage. Highly recommend Hargrove Roofing for any roofing needs; professional, courteous and worked me in efficiently. I cannot say enough about the service that Jordan McLarry of Hargrove Roofing provided. He has been a real hero for us. While selling our house, the buyer’s inspector discovered hail damage to our roof on a Monday 2 weeks before closing. Knowing that time was of the essence, Jordan came out the next day (Tuesday) and called me to confirm we needed a new roof. The next day (Wednesday) Jordan was on the phone with me helping me open a hail claim with my homeowner's insurer. Two days later (Friday) Jordan met the insurance adjuster to facilitate them accepting our claim. Jordan hurried up and wrote up the Hargrove Roofing estimate and met with us the next day (Saturday) to explain the roof repair, how we could bill the roof job to the title company to come out of the sale proceeds, and how the insurance reimbursement worked. He explained everything clearly and helped put us at ease. Jordan was able to schedule the roofing job 6 days later on the following Friday. He personally checked in the materials for the job and made sure the work proceeded as planned. The Hargrove crew finished the work just 1 business day before the sale closed. Jordan coordinated other work that the insurance company paid for, like staining the fence and replacing the aluminum garage door. On final inspection the next day (Saturday), the buyer and his agent found that the hammering from the roof repair dislodged two smoke alarms, one window screen was damaged, and that an A/C filter was missing. Before I could get to the house to address these problems, Jordan already stopped by and fixed everything. He even replaced the A/C filter. Through it all, Jordan was very responsive while responding to texts. He usually responded to me in under 5 minutes each time. I am not sure how he did that. I am sure he had other jobs going. Yet he made me feel like I was the only customer that mattered. In the end, Jordan learned of our emergency roof repair and got all the work done inside of 11 days, keeping our real estate sale on track. He and Hargrove Roofing were like the cavalry riding to our rescue. I have never experienced this level of service and dedication from a contractor before. If you need roofing work done, you could not possibly be in better hands than if you select Jordan McLarry. He’s the best there is.

Hargrove Roofing, and George Puscas and his team led by Federico have done incredible work since day one, May 16, the day of the tornado. We were hit by the tornado, and our roof was destroyed; one side of the wall was gone. They came and put a tarp on my roof and on the side wall the same day, giving us hope that everything was going to be OK. They walked step by step through the process to apply with the insurance and finally install the new roof. They installed it in one day. The installation was flawless. George was all the time giving us updates on the progress and timeline, making us feel we were the most important customer, with 100% availability for any question.

Almost immediately, he had his team over to my house to tarp the roof to prevent any future water damage. There was no contract or payment prior to him helping with our immediate need. I was referred to Hargrove Roofing by a friend while preparing my home for a refinance, and I needed a new roof completed before closing. I got three quotes, and while Hargrove came in slightly higher than the others, the difference was minimal, and their reputation made the decision easy. I had two separate personal referrals singing their praises, and their lifetime labor warranty sealed it. From there, everything moved faster than expected. They gave me a scheduling estimate after I selected my shingles, and not only beat it but also by a significant margin. The full installation was completed in a single day. Midway through, they discovered rotten decking, which required a change order. These moments can feel like an ambush with any contractor, but the cost was reasonable and honestly less than I expected, given how much decking they ended up replacing. No drama, no price gouging, just a straightforward conversation and fair numbers. They also worked directly with my bank to coordinate the escrow process for the refinance, which took a real logistical headache off my plate entirely. Start to finish, this was one of the smoothest contractor experiences I've had. Highly recommend.
